    When do I receive my order?

    All items are custom hand made in my shop.
    Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Delivery time (Package in Transit Time).

    Please check "Shop Announcement" area for the current Order Processing Time + Shipping Delivery Time.

    If you need your items sooner,

    at Checkout page, click 'SHIPPING METHOD' dropdown box, you may choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping for faster delivery.

    Lost Package in transit or Delayed Delivery

    We ship each package according to Customer's shipping address in the order history.

    We TRIPLE check to make sure each package's shipping address match the address in your order history. If you need to update your shipping address, please Convo me on etsy ASAP.
    When package shipped, USPS does the actual delivery job. It's really beyond my shop's control.

    If package was lost in the transit, my shop will NOT be held responsible for the lost packages. NO Refund for lost packages.
    If you'd like to purchase SHIPPING INSURANCE, please Convo me BEFORE you place the order.

    For late delivery, our shop will NOT be held responsible. NO refund for late delivery because USPS handles the delivery.

    Didn't Receive the Package When USPS Tracking Shows It Was Delivered

    If USPS tracking system shows the package was delivered, it will be treated as so.

    When packages were shipped, USPS handles the delivery of the packages. It's beyond my shop's control. My shop will not be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS tracking system.

    Customs Fees and Import Taxes/Duties

    Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees and import taxes that may apply.

    We strictly abide by USPS shipping rules and regulations. When shipping our products to foreign countries, we will mark it as merchandise. We cannot mark it as personal gifts. Customer is responsible for any Customs fees and taxes the country may impose.

    When packages go through your country's Customs, it may take some times to process through the Customs. I'm not responsible for delays due to Customs clearance process.

    Returned Undeliverable Mail

    If package was returned due to buyer's provided INCORRECT or INSUFFICIENT shipping address, NO refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for providing the CORRECT shipping address.

    Due to all items are custom hand made to order in this shop, if package returned due to buyer's providing INCORRECT shipping address, sorry, no return, no refund.

    If you'd like to re-ship the package to your correct shipping address, you will need to purchase a NEW shipping label fee. due to the old shipping label was used up when USPS tried to deliver your package. For re-ship, USPS will charge the shipping fee again.

    COVID-19 Impact - Late or Delayed Package Delivery

    Due to Covid-19 impact, according to USPS, USPS is having limited staff. It may take extra a few days for delivery.

    USPS only guarantees on time delivery by Priority EXPRESS SHIPPING.

    USPS does NOT guarantee the delivery date by PRIORITY or Standard Shipping.

    ***For faster result, please contact your local USPS office with your package's tracking # because they are the one who does the actual delivery for your package.

    When package shipped, USPS does the actual delivery service. It is really beyond my shop's control. Hope you understand.

    Since USPS does NOT guarantee Priority or Standard shipping. If package is delayed by USPS, my shop will not be held responsible. Sorry, No return No refund for late delivery by USPS.
